With more than 24 years in the real estate industry, Gretchen Lee’s career demonstrates her passion for business development, property management and transaction management. In her current role, Lee manages GKT Group’s acquisition and disposition transactions with clients, partnerships and title companies in Las Vegas.
Prior to joining GKT Group, Lee spent 13 years as senior portfolio manager for Colliers International, overseeing business development, the Las Vegas office and management of more than 1.5 million square feet of office, retail and industrial property. Lee also managed 800,000 square feet of commercial space as property manager for Trammell Crow Company.
As a member of Commercial Real Estate Women of Southern Nevada (CREW), Lee participates frequently in community service activities, leadership development opportunities and engaging networking and educational events. She maintains membership in NAIOP, North America’s largest and most prestigious commercial real estate association, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM), commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement. Lee also proudly volunteers with Heaven Can Wait Animal Society in Southern Nevada.
